BEHIND THE MICROPHONE
Audiobook Narration
The work is in listening for the rhythm of the writing, understanding the emotional world of the book, finding the voice of each character and knowing when the story needs energy — and when it needs quiet. I have narrated a growing catalogue of professionally published audiobooks spanning children’s literature, mythology, biography, history and narrative non-fiction, including work for Penguin Random House Audio.
My narration ranges from short illustrated stories to multi-hour audiobooks, and includes both solo and co-narrated titles. Selected authors include Sudha Murty, Devdutt Pattanaik, Anand Neelakantan, Ruby Lal, Nalini Ramachandran and others.
